How it works
Clear from the first conversation.
Good work starts with a straightforward process. You should know exactly what we are doing, why, and what it costs before anything begins.
- 01
Conversation
We talk about what is happening in the business, what is under pressure and what you would like to be different. No obligation, no performance, no pitch deck.
- 02
Review and proposal
Where it is useful, I spend focused time looking at the areas causing difficulty. You then receive a clear written proposal: scope, priorities, time commitment, rhythm and cost.
- 03
Agreed engagement
We agree the shape of the work – ongoing fractional days, a sprint, a project or interim cover – along with responsibilities, communication and review points.
- 04
Delivery and handover
I work inside the business, alongside you and your team. Where relevant, work is documented and handed over so improvements remain after the engagement ends.
